I've heard about Top Pot but have never visited one of their cafes.  I was excited to see that the kindle edition of their cookbook Top Pot Hand-Forged Doughnuts: Secrets and Recipes for the Home Baker is discounted to $1.49 (digital list price is $12.99).  I bought it myself because the cookbook includes 2 gluten free recipes.  If you Click to Look Inside over at Amazon you can read the Table of Contents and a list of all the yummy recipes included.  There is also a recipe for a baked doughnut and a number of icing and glaze recipes too.
