I'm so excited about this one. I wanted to see The Help
when it was at the theaters but I never made it there. I had intended to rent it here on Amazon Instant Video but I was waiting because I already have a couple of other videos that I need to watch before my 30 days is up. But now The Help
is renting for $1.99 this weekend! Yesterday it was $3.99. What a deal.
I've noticed that these rock bottom rental prices don't always last very long. I already have it in my cue now because I didn't want to forget before it went back up in price (not like $3.99 is that much when you look at my local theater prices but why not take the discount).
Right now (1/27/12) Amazon is offering it for $1.99 rental. It looks like this is the weekend deal but I really have no idea how long this will last (prices on Amazon can change at any moment).
If you haven't had a chance to try the Amazon Instant videos you can go to Amazon to learn more about How Amazon Instant Videos Work. You usually have 30 days to watch your rental after you purchase it and 24-48 hours after you start playing it to finish watching it. The "fine print" will be on the Amazon site.
Prices change all of the time. Double check the price before making a purchasing decision.
